Jean is not missing... there's 2 flying girls on the right Sentinel, one is Storm, the other must be Jean Grey, they´re from the same Gold Team.

Looks like Kitty Pryde to me but maybe it's Jean. Doesn't seem like her power set.

My guess would be 2x Jurassic Park price for everything, like 2 thousand for each one of the standing Sentinel, and about 1 thousand for the central one.
I have a info that IS will released one Sentinel by year, wich means that the rest only in 2020 and beyond.

Is Jean, look at the Blue and Gold Teams:
Colossus and Psylocke, from what I know, are not part of the Diorama, because they already was launched by IS in 1/10 comics with black base
