He has stolen the power cosmic from the Surfer, another time he harnessed the power cosmic and re-powered Terrax the Tamer to battle the FF; he's stolen the power of the Beyonder (I think this is right if I remember my Secret Wars history correctly) and he recently stole Asgardian power and created and powered his own personal Destroyer armor.

He's arguably the most villainous, powerful and dangerous human in the Marvel U.

I view Doom as the top villian period. I have no doubt he would find a way to beat Juggernaut, Mageneto, Apocalypse and Thanos.

I've always viewed him on a par with the very top villains but for me Thanos is still the man.
