They've botched the majority of this line. Its pretty bad when its easier to name the few good piece of the line (as opposed to naming the bad).

The Frank Quitely statue is one of my favorites. A very faithful translation from the source. Also, I love it when you look at a statue and immediately recognize the artist - like the Quitely and Bruce Timm -and something sorely lacking in the recent Batman Michael Turner.

I just feel that the Quitely pose worked on a page. As a statue, not so much. Without a background, its hard for a statue to properly convey movement

I totally agree with that assessment. I am personally not a huge fan of Quitely's work to begin with but the imagery worked better as traditional artwork rather than a statue.

Received mine in yesterday. Such a great piece and one that's definitely worth the purchase.
dog was being nosy when I was opening it so I decided to make him take a pic too
