Can anyone tell me the weight of this statue? It's not on sideshows website. I've got a glass shelf which is good for 30kg of weight and in wanting to see which Spider-Man PF statues I can pair him with.

So i've set mine up.

No breakages everything fits fine.

I've gotta say, I'm having trouble positioning the web though. No Idea how that should go.

As for the statue itself, it's a marvel (no pun intended). The paint is amazing and the sculpt is phenomenal. I do think the light is a little bit tacky but it's something I can leave off.

The bad news is I've got a bit of buyers remorse with this one. First time ever. I still think the statue is amazing, however I just think I got caught up in the hype and he doesn't really fit my collection. I'll hang on to him and see if he grows on me but there's a certain realism to him that I don't normally go for.

Most of my stuff is heavily comic/cartoon influenced and this guy, boy could he walk on set in a movie.

Thats the worse, now i try to stick to characters i have a connection to vs what looks good, saves a lot of money and regret.

I kind of get what you mean about buyers remorse. I look around my house, and, although I like the statues, I have began to see it as a sign of sickness. I have not preordered many of the statues I liked recently, yet still have 12 preorders.

Yeah, what's most annoying is that I ended up having to cancel Iron Giant to accommodate this.

Iron Giant would fit my collection like a glove.

Radd Titan did a review on this guy. Interesting. And if Prime 1 is slowing down, on hold, or maybe no plans in the near future for the Marvel license this guy may deserve a looksie.

Although mine arrived in great condition....including a cape that fit perfectly without the need to blow dry it, my oldest son was not so fortunate. His is a disaster.

Neither foot fits properly on the base. Paint flaws on both heads and neither of which fits properly on the body making the neck seam obvious. And the semi-transparent plastic band behind which the LED lights are housed has partially popped off so you can actually see the LED lights. He's asked for a replacement....SS offered him $70 instead. We'll see how this turns out.

Anyone have issues fitting the rings through each other on the base?
Is there an easy way to do this without scratching the paint?
