FYI - Kitty's not dead. She IS merged with alien metal that's flying through the universe as a bullet at insane speeds... but she's not dead.

I'm the first person in the "hoping Kitty's not dead" line, believe me... I just think "getting rid of her" for a while smacks too much of what they JUST did with Colossus...who's next? Lockheed? Haha. Seriously.. I know he's the cash cow, especially with the upcoming movie, but get rid of Logan somehow for a while. His character is very deep, and his portrayal in Astonishing X-Men (and Uncanny, though I haven't been following that as much, shame on me) is excellent, but the guy can be done away with for a while, without being killed. He WILL be affected by Kitty's absence anyways, as will Colossus.

Still having my full-sized statue of her made, as soon as Saul gets my two Caieras to me, I'm commissioning someone to do my Kitty Pryde idea (or Randy could surprise us all with his announcement of both a Dazzler full-sized AND a Kitty Pryde full-sized).

My sheets will be soaked.....in sweat.. tonight, in anticipation.

Thats why Magik is coming back.She can teleport right to kitty and pull her out.
