well those F&F movies are bizarre to me at this point, i dont know what anyone gets out of those so maybe im just off base. what i hear from the nerd community in general is the comedy aspect is a main deterrent for fans of the genre. its what i hear about more than anything else. maybe thats what casual movie goers want but not what the fans who studios count on viewing multiple times in theaters want

the dark knight, the batman, winter soldier - thats what im looking for

I'm a fan of dark & gritty, so I want that as well. But even Infinity War and Endgame had a decent amount of humor, yet they were far from overbearing like some recent fare.

Bad comedy is all the MCU understands now brother. Not everything has to be ?dark and gritty? but DC seems to think you have to be completely one way or the other.

I got around to watching this last night and it was OK. Definitely watchable. Not great for sure, but I enjoyed it for some relatively mindless fun.

I watched it a few months ago and it was fun. I do not want my 2 hours back that I invested in it but I would recommend it. The performances were good and after it was over I thought I hope that they revisit these characters at some point in time.
