I recently picked up the Sideshow Jean Grey PF
My collection does not need another Jean Grey, as one is enough

Well this is interesting and unexpected.
I kinda like it and don’t at at the same time. Gives me lower end ”Hulk Transformation” vibes.
Is sideshow confused between Phoenix and Dark Phoenix? Between Jean PF’s exclusive and this maquette Sideshow seems to have no clue about the Phoenix beyond knowing what the costume looks like and Marvel’s just letting them do whatever. Lol.

I like the contrast between blue/yellow and green costumes, but I just don't get the goal. If it's supposed to be the legacy of Dark Phoenix haunting 90s Jean Grey, then shouldn't Dark Phoenix be red?
Interesting piece but not something on my radar.
Deathstroke.

Also maybe the Marvel Girl costume would?ve worked better here? Or green Phoenix on the bottom with Dark Phoenix in the evil pose over top? Because why does Phoenix look evil? They just auto-default to the Jim Lee costume lol.
