I'm very curious to see how many of these XM makes. Under the new MTO option, do they announce a final edition size when the close the ordering period?

Nope. Catwoman and Ivy have been closed for almost two months and there's still no ES on the website.
In fact, Spider-Gwen is still listed as MTO even though people in-hand have confirmed her ES is 500.

Thanks for that. I wasn't sure bc I haven't ordered anything under this new MTO option.
I suppose it's a double edge sword - it should lend itself to replacement parts as needed. But I hope that XM doesn't exceed their 999 limit.

Why would they ever exceed 999 for Storm?? That’s funny. They have 999 max these characters won’t get close. Most spider villains are less than that and way more popular than tornado Storm

Venom, Carnage and Green Goblin maybe. But, no, I'm going to heavily disagree with you that villains like Electro, Vulture and Kraven are anywhere near as popular as Storm.

Venom, Carnage, Green Goblin, and Doc Oc are the only Spider villains I would say that can be as popular (or more) than Storm. XM won't go past an ES of 999 though for their Marvel line.

Lizard, Electro, vulture, scorpion , Carnage, venom, doc ock to name a few blow that storm statue out of water. I don’t care if I ruffle a few x collectors feathers. It’s not that great of a piece. Dark Phoenix is amazing Storm is a hot dog filler compared to x statues coming . All those spider statues are gorgeous and Storm can fly away in her air circle. Whooosssshh!

My point was ES is small on some of best XM sculpts no reason to think she will get 999 right off the hop. If that is the case she should be ripe for you penny pinchers to pick up in after market for peanuts.
