I think every collaboration between Prime 1 and Blitzway to date has been 1/4... except for their Phoenix Joker, so who knows. Like Sonic, I expect it to be 1/3 but would prefer 1/4.
Edit: their Ledger Joker was 1:3, too. D'oh.

I like this suit so I hope this is 1/4 as well and that I like the movie. Whether I get a large scale version of The Batman in 1/3 or 1/4 depends on if the movie is good.
