And I think I’m the only person on this forum who actually didn’t half mind that Gandalf pose. As it was obvious which scene it was depicting, and it’s probably his most remembered quote in the trilogy.

I’m trying to stick to only Marvel and DC for my larger scale pieces (that being 1/2 scale and life size busts), but I do have a collection of Star Wars and Star Trek pieces. But unfortunately I just don’t have the space for bigger pieces in my Star Wars collection. Though that life size bust of Chewbacca from Regal Robot was truly tempting, but luckily they don’t ship outside of the USA.
Personally, I like my 1/2 scales with museum boring poses. Looks more stoic with the size. The pose is iconic and awesome, however better suited for a 1/4 or smaller scale imo. If they wanted an “action-esque” pose they should have just had him sticking out his staff in front of him and also including his hat would have been much better imo. I’m hoping that Queen starts diving into their LOTR license more as well.

You definitely have a CRAZY collection. You will definitely have to start selling stuff down the road. No way that you pass up on future awesomeness because of space lol.

That Chewy is fantastic, but overpriced imo. You could get a custom just as good for cheaper. I’m starting to turn more to the custom route.

I think it’s because it’s actually made in the USA, and not in the usual suspects.

He definitely has a little bit too much Michael Fassbender in the likeness. They're not helped by the InArt likeness being absolutely dead on, that's gotta be a tough act to follow.

Agreed.

I’ve still got the Infinity Bale bust on preorder, but the Queen version probably had people left and right cancelling. Once you’ve got a superior sculpt out there, everything from then on will be compared to it.

Here’s another pic, needs a lot of reworking.

This is definitely not son of Arathorn, but a mere ranger.

I think you're right that they aren't doing PVC head sculpts anymore. The pictures of PVC Gandalf didn't look great and I'm not sure pvc Legolas ever got released.

Some really harsh comments.

I do feel the silicone is making him look like he has some lipodistrophy or saggy skin, but is very close.

If not for the InArt, this would most likely be receiving greater praise. But after being floored by that InArt piece, this one just doesn’t impress me in the least.

It's called constructive criticism. All companies need a dosage of that to improve
