Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir is this Saturday

UFC 81 is this weekend and I am very curious to see how Brock Lesnar will fair. Frank Mir is no joke and I hope Brock knows what he is in for.

That makes two of us. I don't doubt Brock's toughness or his power...the man's a monster, but as you said..Mir's more dangerous than he looks. Just ask Tim Sylvia hehe.. Should be a very interesting match and Brock's first real test (that I know of)

I'm not sure Mir has much left in the tank, but I hope he does. I'd love to see him make Lesnar tap.

I like Frank Mir but I find myself rooting from Brock and I didn't even like him when he was in the WWE.

I just like the idea of things being shaken up by Brock winning this.

I’d like to see Lesner do well in time, but I don’t want him to stroll in and make it look easy. I also think It’s a shame how Mir squandered his talent, but I guess that’s not his fault. I think Nogueira will take the title, and the heavy weight division will be very interesting. Lesner is young and has plenty of time to work his way up and eventually challenge for the title. I just wish Crocop was still in the mix

Lesnar's rinky dink hometown (Webster South Dakota) is only 11 miles from my rinky dink hometown (Waubay South Dakota) so even though I've never met him I will be pulling for him

Has he announced retirement yet? Or is he still going to compete?

I haven't heard any news about him in a while. I take no news to be bad news the way his last fights went.

He's always been one of my favorites, but I don't think he'll be fighting again. If he does they'll probably match him with some bum.

what do you guys think about the fact that lesnar along with many wwe wrestlers build up a huge portion of their muscle mass with steroids for many years? (while the ufc fighters cant do that.yes.yes. i know about sherk) for that reason alone, i want lesnar to lose and i dont want wwe guy coming in to the ufc and make ufc look easy.
