Wii Fit Question

Thinking about picking up a Wii and Wii Fit as pretty everyone we know has one and i could do with the excercise.
Just wanting to know if anyone still uses theres as pretty much everyone i know has it tucked away as the novelty has warn off.
Does it actually help you keep fit or would it just be a waste of time?

I think it would help you keep fit if you stuck with it. Especially the Yoga exercises.

Mine's just tucked away because there's not enough time in the day to pull it out and use it.

Get it used and you'll be able to resell it for as much as you paid for it (assuming you don't like it).

It depends how you use it. It can help you slim up a little, but it's not going to be nearly as effective as a proper workout routine or nutritional plan. However, it can be fun so it's worth a shot.

I personally used it at my pal's house a few times and found my posture was a little off. That was a few months ago and I still pay more attention now to my posture than before, so I'd say it was a success on that front.

Its like any exercise, you have to make it happen...we do it about once a week around here, but Iknow some folks who are religious about it...

We don't need to hear about that CB.
But what about the Wii fit game?

I got it for my wife last year, it's sitting next to the stationary bike she bought the year before that. Wonder what crap she'll buy this year to get in shape. I keep telling her she doesn't need to, she looks great.
