That was a huge collection!! It must have made a ton of room for your statue boxes when you sold them.

Ive been a pretty hardcore comic book collector since 1984, starting with G.I. Joe & Transformers then quickly moving to X-Men & then many others!

My ex got me my first statue back in 97, Grendel by Bowen. I think my first Marvel Bowen was either Black Widow or Punisher.

Besides BD, Im collecting CS Moore, & some DC Direct, nothing in awhile & some SS, only the AH Comiquettes so far. I wish I would have jumped on the SS bandwagon sooner!

Im up to about 26 or 27 boxes...

I got about $200 more than I hoped to get, so I was happy.

The best part was that I told the guy if he drove up to pick them up, and pay me cash (save me time to ship and paypal fees) I would pay for his hotel room for the night for him and his wife.

So it was a win win
