Syndicate Collectibles is Jerry Macaluso's new company. Jerry is well known for running SOTA Toys and Pop Culture Shock (PCS) previously. He exited after financial and legal issues. He 'addresses' that in this article:

"It's pretty well known I'm not a fan of running a business; I don't really enjoy the business side. I like making toys."
Online retailed Toynk asked Jerry to make plush toys for Killer Klowns, and:
"It was working well, and [Toynk] said, "Why don't you do statues and action figures again?" And I said I don't wanna run a business again, and he said, "We'll run your business. We'll do all the stuff you hate. We'll run the business, we'll run the accounting, we'll do the shipping, customer service, and you just make cool [stuff]." It's like, okay. Because I love making stuff. I never wanna stop making stuff. But I do not want to do accounting at all. I'm bad at it. So it's the perfect relationship."

Follow these rules and you should be ok:
1) Only purchase after seeing in hand pics/reviews.
2) Only purchase from a third party supplier.
3) Only purchase in stock items.
4) Only purchase using a credit card so you can get your money back from them if (when?) the s#%t hits the fan.

Based on the info I posted above, it sounds like Syndicate Collectibles will sell their stuff through toynk.com.
I hadn't heard of them before, but it sounds like they're a separate entity, who initially contracted Jerry, then eventually helped him create the new company.

I know Jerry has had his issues, but that Klownzilla was the highlight of the entire show for me.
