Doesn't matter if its through information gathering, "communication", or outright solicitation.
In case you haven't noticed there's more than enough of this stuff already to occupy everyone here's time and money without resorting to supporting a known bad actor, directly or indirectly. There are plenty of companies and artists around this forum just as talented that haven't caused the collecting community and many members here undue distress, irregardless whether it was negligent or criminal.
Y'all can make a name for yourselves and all the nice stuff you want to sell the old fashioned way at retail. Less money for you boo hoo.
Birds of a feather flock together and no "syndicate" involving Jerry Macaluso deserves any representation on this forum whatsoever.

I hear you and understand where your skepticism is coming from. It's clear that there's a strong sentiment based on past experiences, and I want to respect that.
Please know that Syndicate Collectibles is a distinct entity, and our operational and business strategies are separate from any individual's past activities. Our focus is on accountability and delivering quality products in a timely manner.
Jerry's role is confined to what he does best -- creating art -- and does not extend to the operational or financial aspects of Syndicate. We are working hard to earn a reputation independently, through our actions and the satisfaction of our customers.
It's not just about making sales; it's about fulfilling a passion for collectibles and contributing positively to the community. If there's an opportunity to show you that change through our work rather than words, we welcome it.
Regardless of your decision to engage with Syndicate Collectibles, we wish you the best and will continue to strive for the high standards that all collectors deserve.
Warm regards,
Sage
