Nope, Walmart wouldn't take the coupon because the movie was already marked down to $19.96. They also argued with me about what combo pack meant even though theres a pic of it on the coupon. LOL

Maybe I'll try a different one. The movie is not that great to go through all this trouble. LOL

Bummer. I know some stores get finicky with those coupons. I've only ever used them at Target, and even then it's only been a couple of times, but I've read about the problems people encounter trying to use them. Speaking of Target, I think they and BB have the movie for $22.99 so it's $3 more, but they might take the coupon with less of a fight.

Apparently people are a bit up in arms about this release because Disney decided to test the waters and release the 3D version on its own, without Blu-Ray or DVD. Not that many people are interested in buying the 3D version on its own, but they will if it comes with the BR. So they've put a coupon in each movie that you can send in with $5 to get the 3D disc or the BR disc depending on which version you bought. I'm sure they've learned their lesson.

Tried Target, the BR/DVD/DC Combo Pack was $27.99 so didn't bother there. Went to another Walmart and they still did not accept the coupon. The guy showed me on the register it came up that the coupon did not match the item even though it's pictured on the coupon. Oh well.

Yup, my bad, I read the ad wrong. $22.99 for DVD+digital. I have a feeling this one will be a Black Friday special this year, in case you're not in a rush.

Glad I decided to wait to purchase this film. Looking forward to picking up the EE this November.

According to this site, all the movies in that Friday the 13th box set will contain the R Rated Theatrical versions only, no unrated uncut versions except for the recent F13 remake.

Well that's lame. We wait all this time for these films and they don't even bother to release the Unrated cuts?

I guess I can always throw my single disc of the original into this set since its the unrated cut. I'm not so concerned with Jason Goes to Hell as thats a bit of a stinker regardless IMO.
