well its a nice 2 bed 2 bath apart. garage, washer dryer. its also 10 min from the beach so that doesnt help prices

Sounds cool. Mine is a decent 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with 2 decks, vaulted ceilings and storage. It's convenient because I'm only 3 miles from work.
