Ditto.
I bought my first home in 1998 for $150,000 and sold it in 2005 for $425,000. You can't do that renting.

Got a wok for Elena's brother a few shirts for her sister. Got Derek that Simpsons set of PJ's on them that has Homer saying "I am so smart". Bought Kim the FRmae which was a great deal. The only other one I found that was near the price wasn't very good.
