I feel real shame that I haven't thought of that one. It's officially on the list now. I'll have to check out the one ParisDean mentioned as well.

Bottoms (2023) - Two unpopular queer high-school students start a fight club to have sex before graduation.

I liked this goofy comedy even more the second time. Especially funny is former NFL running back Marshawn Lynch as bored history teacher, Mr. G. 7.5/10

I adore The Muppet Christmas Carol. Its one of my favorite adaptations of the book, along with the 1999 version starring Patrick Stewart as Scrooge.

I’ve heard you mention In Bruges many times before in the past, I have to make sure I watch it soon.

Day 5 of our Christmas extravaganza so thought I’d start posting about it.

The Year Without a Santa Claus: not my favorite Rankin/bass movie with some oddly inconsistent story beats but the Misers keep it worth the watch 7/10.

Oppenheimer (2023)
8.8/10

3hrs of well made film.
Going into Oppenheimer all i knew was it was going to be a story about bomb creation.
Oppenheimer also covers what happened after the bomb. 3hrs of up beat.. down beat.. well made..

Robert Downey Jr. is his usual excellent self.
Cillian Murphy is great as J. Robert Oppenheimer
All the cast great except Rami Malek. Rami Malek is good, but by the very nature of his face, it threw me off slightly.
For anyone who is interested to know, Florence Pugh appears topless for some brief moments.

An American Christmas Carol - Henry Winkler

Unable to rate because I couldn't finish it. Let me just say that if you've never heard of this movie there is a very good reason why.
