X (2022) - In 1979, a group of young filmmakers set out to make an adult film in rural Texas, but when their reclusive, elderly hosts catch them in the act, the crew find themselves fighting for their lives. 8/10
Pearl (2022) - In 1918, a young woman on the brink of madness pursues stardom in a desperate attempt to escape the drudgery, isolation, and lovelessness of life on her parents' farm. 7.5/10
MaXXXine (2024) - In 1980s Hollywood, adult film star and aspiring actress Maxine Minx finally gets her big break. But as a mysterious killer stalks the starlets of Hollywood, a trail of blood threatens to reveal her sinister past. 7/10
I give credit to all of these for having very distinctive looks independent of each other. Regarding the plots, I found MaXXXine to be the least remarkable, but it's a good trilogy overall.

You do a Pride Month themed movie marathon? The Duke Of Burgundy sounds quite intriguing.

Day Shift (2022) Netflix 7/10
Fun Vampire flick starring Jamie Fox w/ a cool Snoop-Dog co-star appearance. Fox is a pool cleaner who also happens to hunt vampires, collecting bounty off of their removed fangs. Silly at times w/ not-so-good fight scenes. Still, the flick has it's charms & Vampire-Hunter movies just have to be fun.

That's a very good movie. The two ladies are in a dom/sub relationship, but who is really the dom and who is really the sub? It was funny to see the one character's face light up when she's introduced to the idea of a "human toilet".

Pig (2021)
8.5/10
Nicolas Cage is his usual excellent self. Slightly odd story. Ex chef wants his pig back!
I have never seen Cage look so beaten up.
Portrait of a Lady on Fire (2019)
8/10
Painter and subject matter fall for one another.
