I'm having flashbacks of SS original Batman PF... At least SS had an excuse with bad tailoring, how do you F$#! up a sculpt like that?!?!

Now I'm worried about the Supergirl and Mera statues I ordered from P1... Seems like P1 has been having major QC issues lately...

Speaking of NRD... If I cancel this through the website will it automatically refund the NRD since this is past the date? Or do i have to contact customer service?

The armpit problem is not a quality or factory issue. It’s part of the sculpt so it’s been there from the beginning. I just looked at the original promo photos on Sideshow’s page and the armpit area is darkened and looks to be Photoshopped to fool the consumer.

Just cancelled my pre-orders of Sups and WW. This is getting ridiculous

I hate to say it, and never thought I would say this about Prime1. But I am glad that Blitzway is involved with the development of Deanerys Targaryen. This way we can be sure that the quality wil be on par for this statue

Prime1 is going down very fast quality wise IMHO....

I don’t believe that’s correct. The armpit issue wasn’t present at convention appearances of the prototype.

I think Prime 1 changed it at some point for some god awful reason.
Here's the initial prototype seen at conventions and then another one from September last year which looks close to those terrible phone photos.
Bizarre why they would change it.

Nope Here's a screen shot from TYCC 2017. It's there. I also lightened the promo photo of the prototype and image shows it's there too.

The one on the left still has the armpit issue. It's hard to tell the difference between all of these due to the different cameras and lighting condition. One thing that looks different in the production version is the lack of good shading on the body. If they exaggerated the shadows in the armpits with a darker blue, it could have made it look better, but wouldn't fix a fundamental sculpt issue.

Yikes, this is really disappointing. Prime1 is really going downhill fast with their quality.

Definitely going to consider canceling my EX unless I see better photos soon.
