Red Tornado Statue Scale?

Question ... is the Red Tornado from the JLA Build-A-Scene in the same scale as the Heroes and Women of the DC Universe busts?

If anyone has photos, that would be great as well.

its smaller, the women are 1/7 scale, tornado is 1/9 i'd say

Not sure exactly what you mean .... could you explain or if anyone could show photos of the Red Tornado from the JLA set with any DC bust, that would help me alot.
