Awesome score! That's the great thing about commissions, you can get your dream match ups.

Obviously you feel differently than both John Byrne and Kurt Busiek who, when they matched these two up, had Batman even admitting Cap has the edge over him.

Nice piece, incorrect though it is, Mike.

its a good piece. Zombie likes the style and "action" of it, even if it is incorrect (lol)
This is a fantasy that BatCollector has.

One thing that's a little odd about it is that Steve looks like he was hit by a left cross, but Bruce is laying an upper cut on him. Shouldn't Steve's head be snapped back from a blow at this angle?

Yup, I'm right, everybody who disagrees with me is wrong. Hooray for me!!!

And now we have documented proof that Bruce Wayne kicks Steve Roger's ass!!!

In all seriousness, its just a dream commission I always wanted and I found an artist through a friend of mine here that I really like. I dig Langdale's style a lot. I'm very happy with the way this turned out and cant' wait to get it home.

Joe, it looks as if Steve is layed out. It seems his left leg has left the ground, but it is hard to tell where his right leg is. Either way, I am happy that Mike got some thing he wanted and is happy with it. I wonder if Bruce's extensive training would be enough to top a super soldier? Personally, I like the real Captain America better than Batman, but feel that Batman's fighting skills would be more than a match for Captain America's super soldier enhanced speed/strength. Of course, I am not an expert on what specific training Cap had. JMO.
