Do you have to be an Adamantium Member to view the Child Forums section?

I saw this when doing an advanced search...



What exactly is kept in the Child Forums, and where can they be viewed?

Because then you would have someone like me coming along saying; "I like a nice Hoagie, why can't I post in that sandwich forum." I guess they figure comic fans are more partial to subs than they are to children.
