I think this is the "oh crap, we were mad stupid to think we could go up against NYCC. Let's have another show the following week and maybe a few people will show up" con.

Id go if it was months after or before the NYCC but not a week after. Wont have any cash, plus all the same dealers that will be at the NYCC are going to be there so nothing new in the comic or statue departments. Only thing i could think of is if there is a artist you want to meet up with that you couldnt get at the NYCC.

On the flip side - if everyone spends their money at NYCC and WWNYC, there might be deals to be found at this show

I've been here numerous times for various events and while it's no Javitz Center it is a good size venue to hold a con.
