BOWEN ORIGINAL XMEN BUSTS REPAINTED

Hey guys

here are 4 out of the bowen original xmen busts that i repainted {cyclops, jean grey, beast, and angel}. the owner wanted to go with a deep dark navy blue instead of the black, and X patch on there costumes. i kept it with a black base coat to keep the blue dark and to add depth and trim to the costume..then i gave it a matte finish to bring out the shadows in the yellow much better.

thanks for looking.

The paint work is amazing and while I can understand the desire for the "X" emblem, as far as I know it isn't accurate.

It's not Comic Accurate. But it looks really cool and it's what I wanted.

Those look really nice!

The dark blue/black looks better than straight black - brings out that scale accurate color better.

Great job dude!
