The proto has a weird lean. Its like his weight is not on either of his feet. Hopefully something they'll fix. It's not a deal breaker though.

Are you concerned about the weight distribution of the statue or that it is unrealistic?

It's pretty rough but I based it on images of the size comparison grid that Sideshow used to use. I sized Bane to be approximately to the top of Batman's ears. It's a weird angle, so it's hard to get the exact size.
