I don't get Rogue's popularity either, especially given the horrible on-screen performance by Anna Paquin (yes, I hated her as Rogue).

And if you're talking about female pieces none of us have seen, I'm still calling bullsh!t that this Storm piece isn't in the top 5 after all the X-ladies are revealed. Right now, I'm not even sure I would put Dark Phoenix above Storm. In hand pics will determine that for me (and yes, I bought both).
Couldn't agree more, personally have storm as top 2 xm female sculpt. I'd only pick catwoman over it simply because i love catwoman.

What I don't get is Rogue's huge popularity. Out of the gate people were gaga for her and now she's almost viewed as the flagship X-Men female. It's taken me quite some time to love her character, but she will never be as beloved as Storm. Love me some Ororo.

Psylocke is probably the X-lady I find the least amount of attraction to. I think her look - even as Betsy pre-body switch - is amazing! However, her personality and emotional issue escape me. X-Force helped me like her more, but not by much.

I love rogue, wasn't the biggest fan of her movie adaptation either.

I love psylocke's look, though i'm not the biggest fan of the character either. Top 4 x women i'm going jean, storm, rogue, and mystique.

My top X-Women are:

1. Storm
2. Jean
3. Mystique
4. Emma
5. Rogue

Lucky for me I have the first two on order, and we've seen some pics of Mystique. They confirmed in the Q&A thread that they will be doing Emma. Rogue is the only mystery right now, unless someone else knows if they've confirmed making her.

I really don't understand Rogue and Pyslocke attraction either. She was more interesting when she first appeared in Avengers annual 10, when she was part of Mystique's team.

Pyslocke, although cool, I find a really idiotic character. The body switch idea very stupid. If it was realistic, do you think Betsy would want to stay in a stranger's body? Hell no. Anyone would do whatever they can to get their body back. I don't even remember what happened to her body.
Marvel should have made a new character.

My fave X ladies are:

Jean
Polaris
Emma
Storm
Mystique
Callisto

This will make some of you cringe but Rouges popularity is most likely directly related to the 90's X-Men cartoon.

The Rogue and Gambit love duo was very popular in the 90s. Her popularity (and Gambit's) shot up because of that.

If I win the lottery I'm buying 5 of these Storm statues and having them 4 of them converted into her classic costume, her mohawk costume, her Greg Land costume and her most recent (also mohawk) costume and having the fifth repainted to a proper silver color
