I don't think its glitter. I think they are just using a metallic black. Glitter would be a very strange choice, but it wouldn't stop me from getting it.

I pre-ordered from my lcs on Thursday. Can't wait.

Definitely looks like a glitter paint. I would rather have a matte paint used.

Maybe I should have said sparkle effect. Regardless of who these criminals are, I think its fair to say that both have a penchant for flamboyance.

Given the Joker seems to have a predilection for purple velvet I think it's fair to say Harley would go for sparkle.

I like it myself and think it could add some dimension. Hopefully it won't flake off everywhere..

I was able to see the statue up close and personal at SDCC and it looks like glitter paint to me.

Agreed. I don't like the glitter at all. I don't see Harley wearing glitter.
