Where is it sold out? That ebay store still says they have 9 available with 1 being sold in the past 24 hours. Which is weird because earlier they had 8 with 5 being sold in the past 24 hours.

I saw the same thing earlier...8 available and 5 sold. I bet they put up a new batch of 10 after the initial 13 sold out. Ebay completed auctions don't show up for 24-48 hours now for some unknown reason.

Not sure. I haven't looked since 4pm EST when I posted their bogus Sales Terms. Plenty of time to sell those remaining 8 at that price point. I bet they have a decent-sized allocation but don't want to make it look like it so they are putting them up in small increments instead of all at once.

If these guys are even legit, I've never heard of them until today.

Ebay preorders can be risky, especially if the item may not be available in time (within 45 days of purchase) to still be able to request a refund through PayPal. Do these guys have an official website or phone number? They seen legit...

yeah I think they changed their policy. You have 30 days from the last estimated date of delivery and their delivery date said August 20th for me. I also only pay with credit cards in case I need to file a chargeback.

With that said I have never preordered anything on Ebay because of that policy you mentioned. I would never buy anything that was months away from being released.
It sounds like the new policy is better but I really don't want to put it to the test.
But this shield is sold out everywhere and I have gotten lots of props from them before and they always ship them quickly so I'm taking the chance on this new policy and my credit card protection and my experience with this seller.

I believe Elite collectibles also had eFX exclusives along with Cosmic Toyz so that may say something about their relationship with eFX. Wasn't it the 501st helmet?
