Ouch. Kinda hard to forget it when it’s staring at you every time you dip into the Predator saga.

Citizen Kane (1941) - 10/10
First time I ever saw this one, boy did it live up to its billing. Truly an excellent film.

Pacific Rim: Uprising. 4/10
This wasn't as horribly tragic as I was expecting it to be, it had a few decent moments. But ultimately it was a very average and forgettable movie that lost all of the charm it's predecessor had. It's character development was none existent and the dialogue atrocious at times. The Jaegers also lost much of their implied weight and came of more like power rangers or transformers. Likewise, the Kaiju had no identity, something that was taken much better care of with DLT at the helm whom clearly loved such things. I'm glad I waited to watch it on TV rather than actually buying it and unlike the original which is a (guilty?) pleasure of mine, I have no need to watch this again.
I still love this guy, whereas I watched "Uprising" a few hours ago and genuinely can't remember a single Kaiju, I certainly couldn't name one which is a shame...

Airport 1975 - 8/10 (not quite sure the year it was made)
Who's not in this? We have The Norman Fell, Jerry Stiller, Karen Black, Mindy's Father from Mork & Mindy, Eric Estrada, Helen Reddy, Linda Blair, Gloria Swanson, George Kennedy Chuck Heston, some kid I've seen a couple times on The Love Boat, the list goes on & on.
Small plane crashes into windshield of big plane. Pilots get sucked out. Hot stew takes over 'til boyfriend/pilot is lowered in & saves day. Riviting!

VICE: 8/10
I mean, Chaney’s life and political moves just screamed “make a movie about me”, so this was easily watchable. The movie leans a little left (no shock), but I think that both sides of the aisle can look back on the actions after 9-11 and think “that went left quickly”.
Worth the watch.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
