If you bought direct from Chronicle then yes, if you bought from another vendor they would be responsible for issuing the refund

Unless you purchased direct from Chronicle Collectibles, you need to contact your distributor for an exchange or refund. We are 100% sold out and don't have any left in stock.

Thanks Paul and Chrisrex82. I contacted my distributor and asked for a refund but he said it's no go because he thought it was normal and he couldnt give me a replacement because he didnt have any stock left. if several other chips on the foot and arm are considered normal, I think I'm gonna lose my mind.

I've sent you a PM regarding this matter, Paul. I think the problem is specific to me and it's better to be discussed in private.

I finally got my camera back btw, and convinced my arms to move the raptor to the living room.
