the total cost will definitely not be lower either plus you have to wait longer.

We aren't left with much of a choice. If there was a cancel party with P1 we might have had a say in shipping prices.

Now he says he will tax Mattel 100% even if they change manufacturing countries.

I've just spoken to Sideshow regarding EU customers as I am one, and asked are they shipping directly to EU due to all this mess so we can avoid the US tariffs and they have confirmed they've done nothing in that regard for now.
Shipping is China-US-EU and nothing has been done to divert the shipment directly to EU to avoid this. No additional explanation has been given why is there no change in shipping and if it's even being considered.
I have 8 POs and more then 10k$ I paid already. Due to lack of communication and reasoning as to why is there no change for EU I will be forced to cancel each one if they have tariff charge, as I will also have to pay an import tax from the US, so double.
Would highly suggest better communication on their end as this seems like "we don't care".
I would prefer if there would be an option to wait it out on shipping for customers who already paid. I'm fine with waiting even if it takes an additional year or more for them to figure out shipping to EU directly or until this is all resolved with China.

indeed, tough pill to swallow.
All benefit (was already small) of buying direct is lost that way.
Thx for sharing.

Tariff impact fee on Succubus came in at $39, just as an example for the UK.
