You sound like you're new to collecting statues. Long delays are the norm now, even for the big companies, Prime1 and Sideshow. From what I've heard, there are probably no more than a dozen factories in China remaining capable of pulling off this quality, with no new ones popping up.

And when you're buying from a 2-3 man operation, customer service response will be slow. I don't think you've dealt with PCS before, who have no excuse to still have an understaffed CS team, for the amount of cash they're raking in.

If you've followed the hobby for any length of time, you'd know Erick's reputation is second to none, and he's already mentioned that until Akuma they won't break even on this operation. Just going forward, try to be more aware of the company's size and adjust your expectations about them.

Just got the email

Ryu has just been released from the port in LA and is en-route to our warehouse in Santa Ana, CA. The cargo full of our highly anticipated first prepainted release will be arriving at 12 P.M. Pacific time. At which point, our team will begin segregating orders, combining multiple orders, and working on shipping costs for each order. We will invoice shortly and once paid, they will be shipped immediately.
