PCS is the one who would have followed through and made the parts...
Actually you can be certain that if it was SSC they would not have :P

SSC went overkill with their packaging in large box with custom foam packaging and plastic wrapped

Holy crap - I was blown away when I got the email saying a new head was heading my way. I never in a million years thought I would see that. And mine just shipped, but after seeing Collector's piece - I have hope that mine will arrived intact!
My first break was a clean on on the left side of her tiara. Her hair was just fine. Fingers crossed my replacement is mint.
