I hope they succeed cause they make great movie 1/3 statues and I want them to continue to make them plus they are affordable in that scale.

I may just do that too. Dealing with pcs to get the refund is a non starter.

There were a couple of statues I wanted to cancel, but after reading all the drama I figured it was easier and cheaper to keep them and then sell them afterwards. I’m glad for the partnership with Sideshow. It worked out best for me.

I have to say Sideshow 's customer service is top notch. Contacted them for my lost Poison statue and they were very helpful and reassuring.
Hope PCS' situation will improve with Sideshow's help, now I wish the hemorragy of cancellations stopped..

A buddy got confirmation of transfers on his 4 orders and immediately asked for a refund. They offered him SS credit or a physical check. Apparently they have accepted refund requests but haven't started doling them out yet. Wonder what the wait is for.

A rep told me that the we’re waiting for all the info to be entered into their website for all the PCS transfers. The. They would issue credits/refunds. She told me it would be about 2 weeks or so for it to process (this was last Friday).

I cancelled MKX Sub and Scorp on August 1st. They said it would be about 2 weeks. I reached out to them yesterday for a status update and they said a few weeks... so I asked what's with the delay and they said they have to wait for PCS to pay them before they release funds to customers... soooooo.... to me that pretty much means this whole process will rely on PCS which we all know how they operate.... gonna be a minute before we see any of those credits/refunds lol
