9 months of waiting and they now reveal that. I guess they never tried to do it before if they just recently found that out.
5 times it was said to me it was about to get done and nada. I'm crossing my fingers but I'll believe it when I see it.
Hoping the beginning of 2020 is the start of a new era at Tweeterhead.

So I just was on Tweeterhead live and asked Chad about refunds they are still waiting for this service provider to issue a refund window longer than their current 6 week set up. Weird imo that they don’t use PayPal but it’s not my business . By the sounds of it these guys don’t seem inclined to do this fast so something has to give here . I think Chad and Tweeterhead are amazing but at the end of the day I want my money so a resolution needs to be found ASAP.
That’s all I really got , between replacement parts and refunds both seem to be in limbo or longer waits for respective reasons. Chad def wants to wrap these issues up .

Would be nice if they did use PayPal. Do not want to use my debit and would be nice to have the money taken directly out of my Checking account instead of putting it on a Credit card

You will. A reputation of a company and owner are at stake if he would do that which isn’t even a thought that’s crossed my mind. He’s a good person . He’s one of us . I hope it all happens soon.

Well the website is updated with Darkseid. The shipping schedule still needs updated however. Also, it has been a long time since I read the Information page and I think it might have been updated.

I'm sure Chad's great. That's not my point.
It's going on a couple of months for me and obviously much longer for others. I just want my refund and to stop returning to this ongoing issue.
