A different torso/head/arms/weapon could be the easiest alternative. Removing arms and bow would be a pain in the a$$...
I hope it won't happen, switch outs increase the price. For me, she is perfect. No need for anything else

It is a beautiful statue and I will probably buy it myself.
The only thing that really bothers me a little is that her eyes don't follow the arrow.

That’s my only complaint as well. It looks strange, but it won’t be a deal breaker. Hopefully an alternate expression / portrait would solve that.

I'm definitely pumped, but I'm going to just sit tight on pre-ordering. I'm just not very happy with how Ciri on the Witcher line turned out personally and I know I've seen some other products that fell short in my opinion. This piece will be Kratos priced and I don't want to commit until I see in hand. Even if that risks her selling out prior to release.
