I wish there would be two changes. The extended arm, I would love to see sexily on her hip, and the flowers should be a touch smaller and more "in" her hair than floating in front (like dechirico said).

Yeah they need to do something about that left arm. It looks so awkward. I find the head/face a little small compared to the body too.
