Can you believe this ?
Here is an email from a customer that literally sent their shipping payment in 2 business days ago. TWO.
Let me say it again. He has been waiting for a tracking number for TWO days.
I will refrain from posting their name or specific details about who they are.
Can you believe these people ?
"I am still waiting for my bust or even a tracking number. How you run and operate your business is pathetic if I dont hear from you soon there will be consequences. I own the Blah blah blah magazine and I also own and operate major statue collecting websites that many people purchase from you. You have 3 days before I post this email all over the internet and google letting people know that it takes you almost 2 years to ship a product and you lie about your shipping dates also. If you don't believe me about me owning the blah blah blah Magazine just google my name. You have 3 days before I really really really get angry. Ive never dealed with such trash before and I swear on my life to Jesus Christ I will make sure not one person buys from your company. Trust me I have a lot of power and a lot of influence over collectors my youtube videos alone average 100 thousands views each and I have no problem dedicating videos for the next year on how horrible this customer service is. You have my word as a man If I don't near from you whiten 3 days there will be consequences. I am past the point of being angry now."
Sometimes I just shake my head at humanity.

PCS statues are like crack Jerry. When people don't get their fix, this is what happens.
edit: You have a lot more patience than what I have. If it was me, i would cancel and refund

Refund all his payments, put his e-mail on blocked list and close his PCS account. GG. PCS reserve the rights to make any final decsion.
I like to visit statueforum more than sscollectors now. Got some interesting and funny stories here.
