I respectfully disagree. The power sword, Sorceress, and Battle Cat designs hardly scratch the surface. Hell the He-Man staction came with the classic sword. Apparantly Faker was going to as well. The classic colors Sorceress staction couldn't even make that monstrosity look good.

I'm not sure if you are talking about design or medium here. I'd personally prefer a staction that looked like the Classics figure.
I've never been a huge Faker fan, but if the blue skin and Skeletor armor didn't give it away, then surely the fact that his staction hair didn't look like he was standing in a tornado would... right?
I loved the stactions. In fact anything produced by NECA during that era far exceeded what Mattel had to offer. It doesn't matter though. When the stactions came to an end, Mattel already had plans to begin releasing figures again. There is no way they would allow stactions to be released along side them. Not then. Not now. 2015 will "end" Classics but Mattel will be releasing MOTU figures in the years beyond that. It really doesn't matter which one people prefer.
I do find it comical that people complained about the price of stactions given the state of things today.
