my unmasked head came in with a broken pigtail...took less than a week from SS rep to replacement arriving in Canada

Same here. Mine arrived with one of the tips broken from the pigtail. Two things:
1. Out of over 30 statues I have ordered from Sideshow, this is the first that arrived with something broken.
2. Customer service was very responsive, and my replacement head shipped within a week.

I have seen this production piece in my friend's home.I can't describe it with my poor English writing but painter Chie Izuma and sculptor Nathan Mansfield did a very very great job in prototype and Sideshow development gave a very nice quality control.It is just amazing.

My blonde head had a broken hair tip and the Jester one's eyes looked kind of googly, and they send me two new heads very quickly.

Statue overall looks great. My only concern is that, and I think it's just the pose, but I feel like she looks like she leans left alot, but I am not sure how to tell if that's just mine?
