Just received my MoonKnight statue yesterday and it’s fantastic!! My only criticism is that when trying to put the peg into the top of the base, it would not fit. The peg was too big. The paint next to the hole chipped off and I heard some cracking. Finally , after about 30 minutes, was able to get the peg in the hole. I was so careful too. The paint crack is covered up by the foot, but I still know it’s there. Would you all ask for a replacement base, or should I let it pass? Any opinions would be helpful. 😊

I had the same thing to a lesser extent. The peg didn’t fit well and made a very small chip the top of the hole but then fit fine and the chip is covered by the foot.

They won’t send you a new base they will ask you to send yours and they will paint it again.

It’s cost I guess . If it’s not huge they may do it but I know with samurai Batman’s base they wanted me to send it to them I said no!

opened up mine given the concerns raised by many.
body fit fine on the base (had to get the right angle) and the cape fit fine on the body (no heating required as I've heard some had to do).
overall happy with it...but I have two minor gaps (head and cape) that are a bit distracting. I don't think the statue is quite as "polished" as others from xm but still very glad to have him in the collection.

Gaps are on all of them from what I’ve gathered. It’s a small ES on possibly only Moon Knight we will ever see. Lucky ducks!
