Yeah the extra power flaying out from the battery and ring fit more with Sinestro. Also I think the face sculpts are better on him as well. I get a strong Van Sciver vibe from them.

On Paper, I agree.
For me, its Sinestro's Portraits that give it the edge. All of them are extremely well done. Hal's are alright to I wouldn't use it depending on which one.
I also like the 'fire' effect from the yellow energy.
