Great haul as usual Jason!!! But I gotta say...you came out to AZ and you DIDN'T even shoot me an email??? Wow, could've hooked you up with some other locals, shame. S'okay, you seem like you did okey dokey, all on your own!!! Love the EOC guys, my sister's friend Summer got a great piece by them, and if I didn't have my money wrapped up in Brooks and Perez already, I would've hit them up! Glad you had a great weekend, and the 20 degree weather drop right before you got here was very fortuitous...

What does Perez charge for a quickie piece like that? I would LOVE to have a Two Face from him!

He was charging $25. Stated he would be going up starting at NYCC to either 40 or 50.

I know, I kept looking for you. It wasn't really that busy so I figured it was bound to happen.

The weather was crazy, Thursday nearly killed me but it got better and by Saturday I was perfect.

I was VERY HAPPY to get my Perez sketches colored by Sinclair for $20...best $45 you could spend on two of the hardest working men in the comic business!!!

Lots of great artists, lots of different styles...something for everyone, and for every budget, and that makes the PHX con and most of the second and upper third tier cons unique. SDCC will always be pretty pricey in comparison, as the artists have to double or triple their prices to make up for their own increased expenses.

Seattle, Baltimore, Heroes, Mega and PHX are great second tier cons, and a very nice alternative to those that go primarily for comic art.
