I'm going through the motions of cancelling mine right now. The wait is beyond taking the p!ss, I've no room for this now and there's better statues (although not darkness) that'd I'd rather have on display.
When I asked for the full refund they still made me provide evidence that they sent an email out stating that they would give full refunds due to the wait! Unbelievable!
Never ordering from pcs again.

I'm fighting for a full refund for MKReptile 1:3, I sent them their own polic stating they may refund full deposit if item still not delivered past 90 of initial ETA, I also sent them the proof the first ETA was 2ND Quarter of 2017 ( which ended in JUNE ) if they don't refund me then their policies are laughable

How to solve the problem easy

You have to not only increase price but you need someone that knows how to make sure factory doesn't pull a fast one. Pcs team just goes through employees like McDonald's so what do you expect qc wise. You can charge all you want they will still pull a fast one you need someone monitoring them.

It went through Paypal........ = screwed

Not to mention after waiting, now over 3 years (Aug 11 2014 was original preorder date) most of us just want the piece which was shown and described.

Not some watered down version missing glass eyes, poor paint, changed jewels or missing paint details....

3 years to wait for anything when paid in full to get something not as describe is unacceptable.

I would have gotten my Ferrari exactly the way I ordered it by now... :P

Kintaro took almost 2 years (Nov 16th 2015 was preorder date) and I have to say this is the first piece I have been impressed with in a long time with PCS. All of the mixed media 1:3's have been a let down in some way due to the sculpt changes, mixed media issues, materials or paint. IMO PCS should just keep to 100% sculpt pieces and be done with mixed media...
