i prefer the SS myself, only thing the P1 has on it is number of switchouts (not all of them look good imo) and its made from a heavier kind of plastic. thats not a knock on P1, its still a bad ass piece i just like the SS more
pose, sculpt, base, and even paint as simple as it is i prefer more on the SS piece. it doesnt hurt that its just about half the price too

The SS sculpt is better, more Movement to it.
But it's made of crappy materials.
Greedshow was trying to screw the man
So I'm gonna have to screw the man. I'm gonna screw that man.
Lol. That doesn't even make sense but it's cool.

I thought PVC was less likely to break than Polystone.

It is way less likely to break, also the casting is thicker as the mold is metal.
Even pure resin would be such a stronger casting as long as it was steel reinforced.
BUT the hobby standard is stuck on resin mixed with actual stone dust, hence polystone.
The dust drastically cuts material costs while making the resin brittle. They went to vinyl after Thanoses were cracking like eggs.
But the consumer has been taught to expect Polystone and you can't blame them, it was the only thing used for so long

A statue should be called a statue for a reason.
Are we talking about paint cracking or the actual statue cracking.

received swamp thing yesterday and must say its a most impressive piece. i was expecting rhino weight (not that i care either way) but it was a little heavier id probably say 8-10 lbs, the base was a solid 20-25
detail is I-N-S-A-N-E i was staring at this thing for like 15 min before i had to box it back up until my basement is done. paint was really solid, ill probably add a little more gloss when i break him back out but overall really nice. the puddle effect on the base is really well done
really big too, i just saw juggernaut in person last month and they appear to roughly be about the same height if juggy was standing up. obviously swampy isnt as thick but he has some really good presence for being on a relatively flat base
mine didnt have any weird seam lines or anything, like i said really impressive sculpt and details. as others have said after seeing it in person - i understand why they didnt use polystone on this. it would have been way too fragile
if youre on the fence, grab it - you wont be disappointed

Great details and point of view. A little confusion on my part are you describing the P1 piece?
