Another question: Does Dullcote go on after each application or only when you are satisfied with the color, like after the 2nd or 3rd coat?

Use Dullcote when you are ready to save your progress. You can break your paint up into stages (flesh tones, Dullcote, clothing, Dullcote, then final details and final Dullcote) This may be over simplified...but just as an example.

What if you are using different colors? Like would it be primer, dullcote, paint dullcote?
Or would it be primer, paint, dullcote?
Dullcote is a sealer right? It locks in the color you want?

you dont have to seal the primer
dullcote is a sealer and protects the colors...like dan said if you paint the skin tones then dullcote,you can do the clothes next and if you get some on the skin just dab with a wet qtip and it will come right off...

i bought premixed fleshtones but its good colors such as red, brown, light brown, white, etc. they can adjust skin tones.
by them in bigger than 2 oz caz it ran out in one run >.>
go to dixieart.com, or ****blick.com
the spray part gets tricky if you're trying to do small shades etc.
I found out you have to really be a good "trigger puller and button pressser" to which extent, you must control the subtle shades.

HELP!!! Everything was going fine until today. I've been making good process on the 2 kits that I'm doing but now my airbrush won't work! I was really good about cleaning it and shooting acryl through it if the brush was not going to be used but now no paint comes out! I have one of those AB that has a nipple on the bottom to attach a small jar of paint to but when I turn on my compressor and pull the trigger it doesn't want to suck the paint up. The paint is not thick I even tried acryl and it doesn't work. I noticed that there does not seem to be enough "suction" to syphon out the liquids. The pressure is strong otherwise out of the nozzle only it will only shoot air.....
