koto have to repair the paint jobs of nails (change from black to green) & thorn shirt (so unnatural)

This is a cool looking statue, and looks a bit like a Shifflett Bros. style of sculpt, where the overall finish looks a little rough (kinda clumpy?). I can see why people would like this, but I would have preferred a more realistic anatomy; particularly in the abs. Then again, we are talking about fictional comic book characters, so I guess anything goes.

For those of you that don't follow the books Eric did an amazing job of capturing Ed McGuiness' artwork 100% accurately.
Those of you that have issues with the piece they should take it up with the source material and not the sculptor ie. the lower jaw.

Erick's stated that the abs are being tweaked so no worries!

Good deal; I didn't know it was mentioned. I'm glad it was addressed before, because I didn't want to come across as being rude, but the abs looked like they needed to be resculpted.

I love the pose, but the sculpt puts me off slightly, seems a little 'lumpy' to me, especially the abdomen area.
Oh who the hell am I kidding I'll probably get it anyway!

looks very McG-like to me. My only concerns are the abs and chin but Erick has said the abs are being reworked and the chin is not as bad as the angle makes it look and that he will try to get a better pic. I am down for this piece for sure!
To be a nit-picky ... I would rework the white shirt as well as the tearing looks a bit too uniform to me ... almost like the design on Charlie Brown's shirt ... I would like to see it a bit more random

Not unstable at all, the there is a lot of space base wise in front of him to keep this from happening.
