If that includes a base then it could be 1/4 scale but if it's the statue only then it's 1/3 scale.

Don't like anything about it.
Why is her finger in her mouth?
Her head looks too small, and I don't like the large leaf bra.
Nothing flows right. It looks like a mash-up.
And why is she pointing..... it is just bad. Sorry.

I feel like her chest should probably be larger and then done to hang a little more naturally. As it stands it looks as though she is wearing a pushup bra. The character is supposed to be seductive so I think the pose and expression are perfectly fine, and if anything they are no where near as goofy looking as the Sideshow one.
At 60cm I think she's probably 1/3 scale.

Actually, she should have a smaller chest. Ivy has a more athletic, thin build.
